Mission

Avesta is seeking an experiences Talent Acquisition Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates. You will manage the full recruitment cycle, build strong relationships with hiring managers, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide guidance on best practices.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods, including social media, job boards, and networking.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to management.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
  • Promote employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, techniques, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
