Who We’re Looking For

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Logistics Specialist to join our dynamic team. If you

Key Responsibilities and Competencies

* Schedule and coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring efficient goods flow and

adherence to warehouse capacity.

* Manage import/export documentation and apply knowledge of Incoterms, packaging standards,

and rules for dangerous goods (including batteries and ADR compliance).

* Oversee lot control systems, FIFO inventory management, and conduct receiving inspections to

maintain accurate stock control and quality.

* Utilize ERP systems (such as SAP or other ERP/MRP packages) for inventory and process

management; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required; AutoCAD experience is a plus.

- Conduct goods flow analysis to identify and implement process and improvements.

- Uphold health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards, promoting a safe and compliant

working environment.

- Supervise, coach, and support team members to achieve targets, foster continuous

improvement, and maintain a collaborative team culture.

- Collaborate with other departments to optimize logistics processes and resolve operational

issues.

Language skills

- Fluent in English (both written and spoken) – essential for daily communication and

documentation.

- Proficiency in Dutch and French is highly desirable to effectively collaborate with diverse teams

and stakeholders.

- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in a multicultural environment.
